Senior Expert & Expert Associate Partner, QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey

Paul is an Associate Partner and Senior Expert Data Scientist at QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI division. Operating from Singapore, he spearheads the data science and engineering team across Southeast Asia. In addition to his client engagements, which include numerous large-scale AI transformations, Paul has championed McKinsey’s “AI for Social Good” initiative, Noble Intelligence, in the region. This initiative features a collaboration with the UN, NGOs, and data partners to establish “Disha,” a UN-led entity aimed at enhancing disaster response efforts through AI, initially launched in the Philippines. Paul earned his PhD in Mathematics & Computer Science from Imperial College London.
